Check out this awesome site to transform a photo, it looks like a miniature model when you're finished! Really easy to do, it's quick and free. I thought this picture of Paris would work well because of the detail - fun!
Ha, that's quite convincing, I thought it actually was a photo of a model before I read the text. :) A similar effect could probably be achieved in photoshop with Gaussian blur, but you might as well use the website as it's so simple.
